Agent 411
411 – “the relevant information or the truth”
Why a blog for agents?
Welcome to our blog, designed specifically to provide real estate agents with valuable information and context regarding common home inspection findings. At Crepps Home Inspection, we prioritize clear and concise home inspections to ensure the information is easily understood. However, through this blog, we aim to elaborate and offer additional context on important matters that we believe you should be aware of.
Moreover, we recognize that agents often encounter questions and concerns while showing houses or reviewing inspection reports. Hence, our blog serves as a resource for agents, allowing them to quickly understand these concerns. We receive numerous calls and texts seeking clarification on these issues, and our goal is to make it effortless for everyone to access and share this information.
Stay tuned to our blog for insightful content that empowers agents with knowledge and helps them navigate the intricacies of the home inspection process more effectively.
Helping agents be successful
A home inspector out in Colorado built the largest home inspector association in the world, InterNACHI. Nick Gromiko is his name. One of the things he did to build his inspection company, in the beginning, was to make note cards with quick facts about different home components. So that when an agent was showing a house, they could look at one of these cards and know all the important facts about whatever it was. For instance, vinyl siding. They could answer any questions a client might have and be knowledgeable. This is our version of the 3×5 card.
